Nemesis: hunter's blessing+ninja boots+ichaival+asi+silverbranch (in whatever order you like) then replace them with any items you like later game. It's so cheap though and with nemesis's passive it's super strong.

I got an idea for a build Shifter of seasons build: build an item that is relative to Cernnunos's build. Spring: a lifesteal item Summer: a damage item Autumn: a protection shred item Winter: a slowing item Since that's only 4 items, ya got boots and pick a last item relative to the build.

Double j do the Nascar sol build. Shoes of focus, winged blade, hasten ring, shield of regrowth, doom orb, and rod of assclappyus. Gets like 650 move speed with all item procs.
