Wasnt anubis passive based on stealing prots with lifesteal?

All of Anubis' abilities steal Physical and Magical Protection from the target and increase his Healing obtained from Magical Lifesteal. These effects stack on every tick of Anubis' abilities. Sorrow also grants Anubis an additional 30% reduction to all Crowd Control durations. Protections Stolen Per Stack: 7 Increased Healing per Stack: 20% Duration: 6s Max Stacks: 3
