That was a great episode guys… I’m always astounded to hear how bad we can do, even when we know what Gods warning us not to do.

King Solomon MTV Crib statement almost made me spit out my drink it was so funny! The historical account of King Solomon and his account of wisdom through God is so interesting to me.

The ambiguity of Solomon's morals sounds like a Zack Snyder movie

These story’s will continue to replay themselves when we allow pride and politics to control a narrative of Self exaltation. Its coincidental that we are now publishing these podcasts on KZbin during the war w Isrrael and Hamas. I’ve heard this podcast before in their app a while ago but it’s interesting to meditate on it again during these times

agreed. And worth thinking about it terms of watching as the Lord moves from one empire to the next in order to do His will. ❤

Archaeologists excavating the burial sites of slaves in Egypt have discovered that these people were fairly well treated - well fed, broken bones properly tended etc. Whether these were ancient Israelltes or not hasn`t, I gather, been 100% verified but it does bare thinking about.

I had an idea last night that I thought was cool. Is it possible that God didn't want Israel to have a king, not because He knows that the king would fail, but because God doesn't want to RULE Israel at all through a king or not, he wants to be partners with us?

Well, God did say to Samuel that the people wanting a king was their rejection of God, and Jesus is our king… but: Jesus also offers to share his throne with his most loyal followers.

Hey guys, love your podcasts and videos. Would you be making something on Gluttony as a sin?

Can you not make noises and grunts, hmm etc. while the other person is talking? For those listening with headphone it hugely distracting to the point of having to off the vid. Wonderful conversation by the way.
