I dunno. Just because it doesn't fit well with the rest of their music doesn't make it bad. This is one of my favorite songs from them, simply because of the melody and lyrics. This guy has a ridiculously good voice, and this song proves it completely. If anything, it shows off his talent more than anything. If you don't like it, fine, but I a really touching song.

We used the studio right after they finished recording For Aeons Past, so they were still finishing up when we started to prepare. For the rhythm they used a Marshall MG 15 amp with a Maxon driving the front end. I couldn't believe the sounds they were getting out of this puny little amp. They did layer a bit with an Engl Powerball, but its mostly the Marshall. I know for a fact that they used a Squier Strat with a Air Norton to record some of the solos as well.
