I wanted to thank you for the information on folic acid and was going to get the one that starts with an M because all my vitamins are the other source you say might not be absorbable. I seem to have the symptoms of folate deficiency. Thank u

Hey Zach, I am a chiropractor and functional medicine doc. I have been studying and recommending supplements and a healthy lifestyle for over 30 years. Something you might consider is getting a homocysteine level checked on your next blood test. If it is above 8 you might want to work to lower it. Side note... a few people feel poorly or anxous when taking methylated vitamins, if this is you, you may still need it but start with a much lower dose. Be well and thank you for commenting.
