Sir what is the difference between anti coagulants and anti plateletes? For dissolution or breakdwn of thrombus anti coagulant is also used then why anti plateletes?

Fir 4 din ke bad platelet chek kiya to 1. 25000 tha 5000 kam ho gaya platelet nahi ban raha hai.abhi 5 din ho gaya hai platelet nahi chek kiya hai. Weekness hai .
