لو وزن عمود ال CMT أعلى بكتير من ال fracture pressure of Formation وهيكسرها بنضطر نعملها على مرحلتين عشان نقلل ال CMT Hydrostatic Head بدل ما يبقى مرة واحدة ويكسر بنعمل مرة ونسيبه ي thicken وبعدين مرة تانية بعده

Say your first cement rises in the annulus to a lost circulation zone so above this zone of loss, you'd have no cement. With this tool run ahead of time and above this zone of loss, you can open the port collar and pump cement into the annulus. Now you've succeeded in placing cement above a zone of loss. This is just one example of a need for a two stage cement job.

Kelli Hollinger In addition , if the hydrostatic column is too long and a bottom formation can not handle that pressure, you didide the CMT into stages. You could use multistage cementing to contraol any mud contamination

Hydrostatic and ECD effects makes it impossible to place cement ar desired length in annulus without losses. Another advantage is that in certain cases you do not have to wait for fist stage cement to set before pumping the second
