2:19 agar R.V present ya future me hota hai to R.S nahi change hots hai but R.V changes ( if R.V +obj is in present then say\says changes into tell\tells , R.V not changes when present tense + without obj . For question 15th If we have the reported speech begins with any auxiliary/helping verb then we change the reporting verb said / said to into asked and we change ' , " ' into if/whether We change reported speech from ' Verb + Sub ' word order to ' Sub + Verb ' word order by following the other rules And we can say that we change the reported speech of interrogative sense into affirmative sense

According per the rule of changing of tenses: The given question is in present perfect so it changes to past perfect tense. 3. In the reported speech they didn't use any possessive adjective 'his'. When it's not given we shouldn't use it. We need to go as per the questioning form. When an article is used before a noun, we have to use only the article.
