Solve the error code of the sterilizer

In my autoclave a red light is on on the side of quality, after changing the water also it's on. Please help regarding this. I use distilled water n my autoclave woson tanda B type.

Empty the distilled water tank completely, then refill the tank with new distilled water. If you are using bottled distilled water, other than the brand you are using, But if you use a distillation device, clean it of impurities by filling it with water, then put a small amount of (lemon salt), then put clean water and make a new distillation.

My WOSON 18liters autoclave started to show "Pressure and temperature do not match Alarm Code 10", can you help me? By the way, it always showed -0.20 bar when not sterilization cycle is running but it don't caused a problem before. Any help is appreciated

Have you tried a vacuum test cycle? It appears to me that your vacuum pump is not working. Another reason also might be the cause of your problem is leakage from the door. Check if there is leakage.

Thank you, in vacuum test it starts with -0.83 bar but loses negative pressure up to - 0.36 unfortunately. So I think the vacuum pump is working but cannot keep the negative pressure ​@@frackjohn

@@ALPERDURUKAN one of the solenoids has gone bad. It needs a tech to determine which one.

@@frackjohn Yes I think so, as I replaced the gasket as well but the results were same. Can I try to open and check if there is any residue within the selanoids? The tubes etc seems clean

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته يا دكتور لعل حضرتك بخير لو حضرتك تقصد تسريب مياة اسفل جزء الباب ، فكده بسبب الجوان ، ممكن ننظفه مكانه او خلعه ثم تنظيفه و اعادة تركيبه اذا التسريب مازال مستمر ، استبدله بجوان جديد اما اذا كان تسريب المياة قادم من خلف الجهاز ، فكده من فايظ تانك المياه المستخدمة ، حضرتك فك الغطاء السطحي للجهاز و نظف التانك من الداخل

اما اذا كان التسريب من منتصف الجانب الأيسر ، فكده في شرخ في جدار التانك او تسريب من احد مكونات الجهاز و في هذه الحالات نطلب الصيانة من الفني ممكن حضرتك تتابعني عن طريق الواتساب اذا كان في اي استفسار اكثر 00201148204000
