@@pulkitrajput6277 If you prepare 500 words then you would be able to write 300-400 words. Also, there would be candidates with fast speed of writing they can manage to write even so much content. Moreover, if you strategize well you also can manage to write sufficient content.

Is it office memorandum? it has been noticed that the VIP preferences are pending in various sections for a longer period. keeping in view the instructions contained in Manual of office procedure the VIP preferences should be disposed of as early as possible. Draft a communication to all concerned for expeditious disposal of pending VIP references

Govt Depts write to their sections through O.M. Here in the qn, if a Dept is writing to its sections, OM will be an appropriate form of communication.

D.O. length will depend upon matter you have to write in accordance with the qn requirements. So, it may go beyond one page.

Sir I have 2 doubts:- 1. Sir DO Letter mein jo top line h naam hai aur DO no. ek hi line mein aayenge kya? Bcoz MOP mein DO no next line mein likha hai below telephone number. 2. (Bharat Sarkar) likhna hai ya (भारत सरकार) likhna hai? My medium is English
