Doubt: sir in the first quesn (4.a), should not it be Section officer? As in the Question it is said that you are a Section Officer and you have to prepare an ID NOTE. 15:25 And thank you for such Excellent lectures sir 🙏

@@highonshots5531 Qn says- As SO draft an ID. That is, drafting is to be done the SO. It does not mean he has to send it with his signature also. Generally, the minimum signing/decision making authority is Under Secretary or equivalent level in Ministries.

No. It's not mandatory. Referencing is required only when you are enclosing some document for reference.

'As SO in DoJ draft an ID Note' ye likha hai qn me. Ye nahi likha SO ke naam se bhejna hai. US is minimum competent authority to send ID note generally.

Para 1 ki numbering Govt.me noting me bhi nahi hoti. Jab note/noting me para 1 ki numbering nahi hoti to ID Note me bhi nahi honi chahiye. Or kisi bhi form of communication me bhi para 1 ki numbering nahi hoti or ID Note me nahi honi chahiye.
