I have got 2 of your books and I am about half way through your ‘who dunnit puzzle book’ that you 2 wrote. Once you finish it, you might enjoy 'Murder in the Village', our story with 70 puzzles that was published last year - it's very similar, except with a narrower range of puzzle types. Thank you! It was - and I don't think there's anything else similar to it in any other exit-type game I've played either, which is interesting given this particular game is a good few years old now. Tricky, though, I thought!

I really enjoyed this one! When I saw how long the video was I thought it might be a frustrating one but it was just a nice long solve (Love it when you get your money's worth!)! The plus sign puzzle was a hoot even though I don't think I would have figured out that the blue 13 was leading you to the answer card. I laughed over Laura calling Gareth out for peaking at the card off camera! I also felt very clever when I saw the answer before you both - a rarity! Thanks for going to the trouble of doing that last puzzle. That was a clever one! BTW, you get a nice animation when you click the thumbs up on the video as well!

Thanks so much for watching and for commenting, and yes it was a surprisingly long game! I thought that the earlier ones were quicker and on average easier and was very gung-ho about it, only to soon discover how wrong I had been. :) And ooh, I'll have to try the 'thumbs up' in the app too!

Thank you for watching! Yes I didn't feel like it was a particularly tricky box, just a full one! I couldn't believe how long it had taken to solve when we finished, as it just felt like a pretty standard pace we were going at. Some great puzzles in this one - glad you enjoyed! :)

This video is proof I could never be a game master at an escape room. I was SCREAMING when she literally said aloud "I don't know what to do with this 'nothing' card", completely ignoring the clue on W saying "if you think there's nothing there…", and then *again* when he claimed there wasn't any way to know that B and W were related because he didn't bother reading the first sentence on W's clue. Gahhh my heart rate… :-P

I didn't like the last part of the diamond one because the rules sort of changed in the middle there. Also I've always had an issue with whether it was supposed to be folded forwards or backwards.

BTW I think there's a printing/design error on the body of the knight on the two triangles. They're in the same order on both the front and back, whereas it should have been reversed on the back. That caused a lot of confusion in my playthrough.

Gosh, you're absolutely right. You can see clearly at 1:11:01 - when I turn the knight body over - that the yellow and blue are incorrect on the reverse. Luckily I didn't notice that! I can see that would be VERY confusing if you /did/. :)

I agree. I found that confusing too about the way it folded changing, but decided that must be what was intended. Similarly for folding backwards and forwards. It's not a particularly 'clean' puzzle in that respect, but I think at least it's fairly clear you are folding numbers so it's not too unfair at least.

My game is missing card I. Can anyone tell me what is on it? I don't want to see spoilers by watching the whole video.

Can you skip ahead bit by bit until you reach the point where the card was given? That shouldn't spoil anything then? Alternatively contact Kosmos directly - they are very good at helping with this kind of issue. (Sorry, I don't have the game handy any more to easily check, short of watching the entire video again to spot when it is given out :) )
