I learned the trick. First you have to unplug the USB dongle then hold the "fn" and "rf" keys together until orange light starts to bling frequently then plug the USB dongle and it will work.

No matter what I do that orange light is still blinking after 1mth of trying. I unplugged the TV, the battery is full, the dongle is right next to the keyboard, still blinking orange I dunno what else to do. I'm going to throw it out.😢
