The way I fixed mine was in additional troubleshooters I clicked the printer tab and then clicked the device and windows just fixed it

Troubleshoot doesn’t do jack , windows blows ! No problem with iPhone connecting

Closed captions says to type DEVMGMT.MSC i assume is for "device management"

Mine said "driver not available" in the settings>devices>printer menu. Searched cannon support on internet and selected my cannon printer. Downloaded the most recent driver download then opened the download to apply. Successful print!
