Thanks man! You solved my problem. Only one thing for other users with same issue: At 5:55 add the Script path (for pip) in System Variables too! If you don't do it for System Variables you will get the same error.

ok so just going to try it here, when I try to install pygame, it works on my C drive, but when I use my files located on D drive, it does nothing. So I tried installing it on my D drive with pip install pygame, and it gives me a ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pip', in D:\Scripts\pip.exe\__main__.py and in lib unpy.py This is making me nuts slowly but steadily.. Been on this for 2 days now, and no, I will not use my C drive, because it is a low memory drive purely for running windows. Do you have any solution though?
