Same comment here : God bless you for posting this. I spend so many hours trying to find how to check the ECU and change the Key system and so on ... I saw your video and it took me 5 minutes to get the motobike start again. Many many thanks !

Thanks for this video... I had the same problem and I discovered the red coloured wire of the immobilizer unit is broken... Key keeps blinking red and coolant temp is showing 'HI'. Before that, I noticed while normally riding, the key keeps intermittently blinks. And if I switched off the bike either using the key or emergency stop, it can't start again.

same problem, but the wire is not interrupt. maybe inside the key block, but it means to dismiss the bike.. pieces and handwork.. it will cost more than a new bike.. key block come with central unit. it's not an easy task

Mins was the exup dummy elm. Removed it and started priming

Pavlos, thanks for posting this. I had exactly the same problem and thought it might be a battery, my charger was saying there was a fault, then thought it might be a fuel pump fault. Only by chance did I find that by moving the group of wires under the ignition the fuel pump would activate and the engine would start. By cutting the insulation round the wires, I too found a broken wire saving me an expensive workshop bill.
