I also found out that you could right-click the landings and change the Diaphragm entry to None. This also achieves the same result but its a little tedious.

Joint diaphragm is connection between joints, Shell diaphragm is connection between shell corners.

@@Decodebd for Ground floor where there is no shell, can we assign joint diaphragm and for the rest of the floor i.e 1st, 2nd and subsequent floor where there is shell can we assign shell diaphragm. Since to my understanding, diaphragm action is to resist and transfer lateral force. Correct me if I am wrong. Plz elaborate.

Diaphragms are used in other programs also. 2 approach of applying lateral loads. One is to apply loading in peripheral nodes of beam column joints (like loads on cladding). Another is to apply lateral loads on CG of every floor.
