I always had a hard time working if it didn’t seem sustainable. Took me a long time to figure that out and that I needed to do something good for me. As opposed to something that was contributing to a lot of mental health issues.

Great talk. Seems like most people suffer from anxiety, depression or some form of mental illness. People are not emotionally resilient anymore. As bishop, I was quite surprised and saddened.
