Im gonna post this on all your guy's comments but holy fuck if dude did this to me (giving $1000+ prizes for puzzle-solving) fairly regularly and every time said I guess you should have watched my videos then you would know how to do it. After the first time Id fucking watch his videos every god damn day because it will most likely get me a few thousand dollars. I just got this puzzle today and had a great time figuring it out. Took me about ten minutes, maybe a little longer but it was so satisfying when I solved it and had the ring back into it’s beginning position. I have one wooden puzzle box I got years ago and a metal horseshoe puzzle I bought when I was ten years old that both sparked an interest in puzzles but watching your channel has really made me want to get back into them. I decided your puzzle would be the first in a long time because you inspired me and I am not disappointed. Thanks Chris!

I’ve gotten big into puzzles since I’ve found you on KZbin. I live watching your stuff. I was able to get a small wooden ball puzzle you take apart and put back together. Can’t afford anything more than that. But I did it and had a feeling of great accomplishment from something that simple. I love hanayama puzzles!❤️ every yr at Christmas I get my sweetheart and our roommate hanayama puzzles and we sit at the table and have fun passing them around to solve. The hardest one we had, we had to look up the solution for...it’s called the hourglass I believe.

Its been sitting on my puzzle shelf since I solved half of it (separating the ring). I wasn't in the right frame of mind to get it back together at the time so I had to put it down. I was determined to not check this video till I went back to it and finished it though. Today is that day, and it was a spur of the moment thing to pick it up just after finishing my lunch break. It was incredibly satisfying to see it completed. A lovely puzzle, well worth the shipping fees.

Bought Chris Ramsey puzzle as soon as it was available. Very unique, great way to solve, not easy so it takes some time. The trap almost got me then I realized "of course Chris Ramsey put a trap in it". I would definitely buy the special version of the puzzle. My opinion is it actually looks better then the original but that's just a color scheme I like on alot of things.

Yay! I ordered your puzzle for my husband for Christmas! We both were able to solve it, but both of us did curse at you quite heavily for that trap. Though, we knew you'd do something like that 😁 Thanks for sparking our appreciation for Hanayama. It's a pretty straight forward puzzle, I mean, there is only one way you can go on each step, unless you go backwards but you can always go forwards. It's nice the fact that at one point it makes you believe you have to keep going one way and in reality you have to go a slightly different way, it adds a little more difficulty...

I love that puzzle... the solve literally fell into my lap the first time. Getting it back to start however... still gets me stuck sometimes. Even knowing how to do it can still take me 10-20 minutes to reset!

Oh wow. I haven't been doing that last step that way at all. I keep the ring in the smallest hole, hold it parallel with the swoop in R with my right hand, and push the top of it to the right a little bit with my left hand, and it drops straight out. So I haven't been crossing the swoop in the R at all.

That was great to watch. I found another way to get the ring out. Once your only half in that tiny section you can slide the ring straight down the inside of the tail of the “R”. It slides pretty easily straight down for me. Love the original solution better though. Thanks Chris and The guys for all the good content. I’m a subscriber on all your channels. Stay safe

Subbing to this channel was a great choice, many months ago. The magic stuff is cool, as I grew up loving magic, but what really pulled me in to your channel was the puzzle stuff. In checking out past videos, I found the Hanayama chess puzzles. When I saw the pawn solve, I stopped immediately and proceeded to purchase my first six (The set) puzzles.
