Having a productive hobby that you actually enjoy would be very useful! Give some time to that hobby daily and as I mentioned if you enjoy it, you won't be distracted. It can help to build consistency. The hobby could be anything like learning a new language, any sports, arts and craft, programming, reading novels(can be of any category), some puzzles solving, watching a documentary/informative video, writing a story/poem or anything you could think of. And ofc try to minimize time on daydreaming and social media.

My takeaway is the need for motivation and how I need to stop procrastinating by using the aspiring and amazing tips you have elegantly showcased and how you implemented them in your own life after reading this book in your videos and a few tips of your own eg. sticky notes for motivation and to stop distractions, they make it feel necessary in life. Your major distraction today I suppose , would me social media n smart phone ! Owing to todays generation. First of all distraction n procrastination goes hand in hand! If the task you doing is boring or doing without interest , you will turn towards distraction. Other reason might be the task is too boring n doesn't excite your brain , so again distraction! But in life there many tasks which on have to be done routinely n boredom does follows so u have to accept the fact that sometime u will get bored n its ok! Thats not an excuse for distraction. Also for smart phone you can set limits on social media platforms or simply delete them till the time you complete the task. N convince your mind that after completing given task u will reward it with whatever u want ! That will help mind to get convinced
