Since the intersection point is -.231 and y= positive 11 so how will it intersect at negative point? And how the y=11 is complete horizontal?

Why don't you just bring the 11 over and set the rest to 0?

Because you would end up trying to take the log of 0, which you can't do. So you would then have to move the constant over to the zero side so that you could take the ln of both sides.
