I guess you was talking about me. as for questions would you be up for a visit and a special interview ? As for algae if you out compete the algae using other plants you can stop algae growing. Plants are king.

Yes plants can definitely help surprise algae. The more plants the better. But a lot of Koi keepers struggle to keep plants together with Koi. Would definitely welcome a visit just let me know.

Lee, question from your Belgian fan.. Is it possible to put in a negative edge in a koi pond? This provides the clearest water surface possible I believe..

Can you recommend any plants that can be used in a koi pond that they will not destroy? They usually leave the water liilies alone, that said, for some reason they even chose to destroy that last year!

Hello ,I put barley straw in my pond,not the liquid extract,I put quite a good lump in,it killed the algae, the fish seemed abit off,is it OK for fish,in volume, Also which blanket weed treatment is best value for money,meaning treats the biggest volume of pond water, thanks

Can you answer my question please. I have 50L of k1 media running 3 years with 100L/M air pump but it still luck like new, normally colour get darker by time. I have drum filter, bakki, k1 in my filter system. Thank you.

Too much air for 50l of k1. I have 130l of k1 on a 60lm air pump. Consider your flow rates, are you pulling to much water from the bio chamber, needs contact time.
