Hi all. 1. Using thinner is dangerous. Highly inflammable. Better alternative to be used. R-11 is not environmentally friendly. Highly damaging. 2. The thinner canister doesnt have pressure relief valve. In case the capillary is blocked, raising pressure in the canister with thinner. Not a safe one if it blasts. 3. Use of air under pressure! A big no to such pressurisation. Use of Nitrogen with regulated supply is safer. Being an inert gas, fire accidents can be averted. 4. Does the thinner evaporate fully without leaving any residue? Internal condensation may happen when air is pumped as the thinner evaporates and leaves in reverse. Have you tried cleaning/ flushing the condenser keeping vertically as U bends & internal surfaces may still hv sticky oil and dirt.. Safety first. Thanks

theirs a reason why we all use nitrogen for that , i use 141b cleaner im trying to imagine why and i respect your effort but we have to follow and learn from the best , this is not a cheap work it has hight repair cost i know what your trying to do but at the end your clients are not going to appreciate what you do for them , i used to get mad watching people charge so little money leaving me with out work , so i started learning from the best and right now i have a lot of work especially from people that dont do their work correct and thats where the money is in the repairs. stay safe god bless you.

Sir, your video is awfully helpful. I would like to make some points. 1 As soon as the thinner came out during the first flush you should have stopped the compressor and started after say 10 or 15 minutes because this stopping would give the thinner time to dissolve more dirt and thereby saved some thinner. 2 You have fixed a gauge on the canister but we could never see the pressure at which the thinner was being pumped into the condenser, at least you could have just mentioned it. 3 I wonder why you changed the entire 2 service valves as one could have just taken out the circlip, replaced the thin "O" ring with a new washer and fixed the circlip back that would have saved your customer some money.

Jab meri ac me problems aaya to maine aapki saari videos dekh le but problem samajh me nahi aa raga hai. maine apne voltas split ac me pehle vacume kiya 1/2 ghante aur phir gas charge kara r22 60psi @7.1 amp par . Lekin gas sahi se charge nahi ho paaya ab discharge line thandi hoti hai indoor unit tak but suction line thandi nahi hoti aur na to outer fan garm hawa deta hai . 2 - 3 mint me compressor heat ho kar trip kar jaata hai. Kya problems ho sakti hai. Ab mujhe caplleri tube jaam lag raha hai. Please upae bataeye?????

aap compressor pressure check karo discharge per 500 psi tak aana chahiye. agar 500psi aa raha hai tho compressor pumping teek hain aur capillary bhi. agar pressure nahi aata hai tho capillery check karo

हमने जो फ्लश होते हुए देखा है कंडेनसर को वो तो बस कंप्रेशर की डिस्चार्ज की लाइन पर चार्जिंग लाइन लग कर होते हुए देखा है बल्कि आज भी बोहत से मिस्री ऐसे ही करते है आपने जो तरीका बताया उससे कुछ एक्स्ट्रा फाएदा होता है क्या क्योंकि जिस तरीके से फ्लश होते हुए हमने देखा उसके बाद भी AC ओर फ्रिज बोहत अच्छा काम करते है बाकी तरीका आपका भी अच्छा है एक बात आपसे पूछनी है अगर किसी स्प्लिट यूनिट का कंप्रेशर चेंज किया जाए और उसमे R22 गेस पड़ती है तो क्या उस यूनिट में किसी दूसरी गेस का कंप्रेशर लग सकता है और अगर लग सकता है तो मानो कभी उसमे गेस चार्ज करी जाए तो उस बन्दे को कैसे पता लगेगा कि इसमें किसी ओर गेस का कंप्रेशर लगा हुआ है क्योंकि बाहर बॉडी पर उस यूनिट के R22 ही लिखा होगा तो ऐसे में उस बन्दे को कैसे पता लगेगा जो गेस डालने आएगा क्योंकि जिसका AC है वो तो इस बात को बताएगा नही ना ही उसको इतना ध्यान होगा और चलो ध्यान भी होगा तो उसको ये किसे पता होगा कि कौन सी गेस डलती है
