Dear Arielle, I felt so touched and empathic with your testimony. Absolute presence. I live in Mexico City and for the last eleven years I’ve practicing Presencia Biodinamica and it has helped me a lot in not getting away from my ‘bad’ feelings, but on the contrary, be compassionate towards what it appears in me, body or mind. I have found you in a very special time of my life and feel so engaged to what you share, so I just want to send to you my sincere gratitude and appreciation. Laura

Thank you for sharing your honest experience of how the last couple of years have affected you somatically. I also have felt grief since we found ourselves in this “new” world. My body told me straight away at the beginning of 2020 that something was off. Something just didn’t feel right with what was happening. Looking back now, I’m glad I trusted the deep truth within me. However, the grief has been slow to process but im getting there x

Thank you so much for being your authentic self and sharing with us. It touched me deeply and I felt my body respond to your message if that makes sense? My body said "I want you to hear my pain and release it". I saw what it was my body needed. When you spoke of having someone to help support and hold space for you, I started crying. In that moment I felt your support (your understanding of trauma trapped in the body). This is exactly what I needed at this time in my journey of inner healing. Thank you again!

This was so good to hear. As someone who is just now realizing and seeing how my past trauma and emotional sadness is stored in my body. I thankyou for sharing your personal journey. It really helps me to see that I am not alone❤

What a powerful message, Ariela. I love how our emotions are intertwined together; grief and gratitude. You brought up excellent points about being in the present moment, to observe our emotional and physical pain, and to find natural ways to release it. 💜

You're welcome. I find it hard too sometimes. Do you know that the original wound happened 40 years ago! So, patience is a key, isn't it.

Thank you for sharing, I am experiencing crazy debilitating somatic symptoms associated with grief it made me think I should seek out some support.

I think support is always a good thing! Especially for grief because it is such a social emotion.

I had a similar reaction after my mum and I do yoga to pain in my left leg was unbearable. Never been so bad

I have been walking around like that for the past 3 years and just can't get my low back and hip flexors to let go. Still looking for a path to release. Every once in a while it lets go suddenly and waves of fear come out, but within a few minutes the vice grip clamps back down. I've tried so much: TRE, Hanna somatics, etc etc. Hoping one day I'll find the solution. If you come across anything you think might be worth trying please let me know :) In the meantime, as you mention I just try to sit with it in compassionately...
