lovely practice but i couldn’t stay with it as the sound was very harsh and echoing i recomend you use a little mic in future as it really detracts from the practice for me.

I’m an esthetician student currently dealing with high levels of stress. In learning facial massage, I’ve noticed that certain movements really help relax me more than others. This was very enlightening on both a personal and vocational level! (Also something I just find innately interesting lol.) also, your calming voice was very nice to hear during the process. Thank you, three years later!

Hello Arielle! A beautiful share, thank you so much. I'm looking forward to meeting you on the Polyvagal Informed Yoga for Trauma course! I've ordered your book, but how can I get hold of the deck of cards, I can't seem to find them anywhere in Europe - I'm in Germany. Perhaps you can advise? Thank you so much and see you soon! Much Love, Hannah Schwabe xx

I'll let you in on my secret @martyalbershardt8314... Click on the settings for the video and reduce the playback speed. I do this all the time when I really want to savor a guided practice. Also I am good friends with the pause and rewind functions, which help me tailor sequences to meet my needs in the moment. The other gentle encouragement I'll offer is that sometimes the deepest transformations involve embracing the process of letting go of the stuff I missed❤

This was amazing. My new favorite active yoga video, thank you! I... Wow... the amount of synchronicities 🫶 this morning I was thinking that all the best advice I'd ever received boils down to being softer. Often I think I am being softer, and but I find more resources to learn how to exist in a soft way. Thank you.

Thank you for the invitation to employ the breath to areas that feel constricted. I had the opportunity to access a held trauma in my chest while I was listening to you. Remembering my posture on a motorcycle ride the other day and that I was able to release my fear by breathing more deeply and sending length up through the spine with breath. I appreciate the prompt.

Thank you. A huge lesson for me right now is to build on that upward spiral. 🌀 For the longest time I was stuck in suicidal ideation, despair and hopelessness and it would feed on itself and I barely hung on for two years. Things are shifting now and it’s harder than ever, but I also am connecting to a stronger sense of agency and choosing to build with gratitude, love, etc. Thank you. I wanna remember that it takes time to rewire things too!! After decades of “the world isn’t safe,” it’s gonna take some time to claim and embody “the world is safe.”

What a lovely poem. Its quite true....about the actions you do and leave behind. I had a young woman visit my home today. She was out of town, here for a tungi( funeral in maori) and was looking at her past and my home was a memory that stood out to her. Apparently her aunt and grandmother lived here and this house was a place of respite, care, food and rest for those whanau (family) who needed it. All gang patches were left at the driveway and no violence or negativity permitted. As the girl touched the cypress trees aligning the driveway, she thanked me for making the garden so good, for caring about a place...that had cared for her and her mother, in times of need. When you read this poem, I could see how powerful all the years of making a garden has a profound affect on others and generations. Thankyou, Jo from New Zealand.
