Thank you so much for making these unique somatic classes accessible for free 💕🌟 I also appreciate so much that you do the moves (vs talking at the camera just describing, as some other Hannah somatic teachers do). 🙏💐

That is really helpful feedback and thank you. I am used to demonstrating then walking the room when I teach in person. So doing the whole practice on video was a challenge at first. Peace, Megan

Wow, just found your channel. I’ve gone to the doctors several times for a ski injury that made my left leg go numb for about 10 minutes and causes pain in certain positions now. They could never find anything on scans and the physical therapy didn’t help so I just learned to be careful with it over the years. The difference this video highlighted between the strength and tightness in my left and right leg is amazing. I can barely wiggle my toes on the left side when my leg is up and so much else was brought to my awareness. I’m going to keep doing this video to help bring a more balanced strength and range of motion to both sides. Thank you so much for this video! Im a Polyvagal and trauma informed SSP therapist …love how calm your dogs nervous system is. Totally chill as you guys play footsie 😂. It’s a testament to your nervous system regulation and the connection you’ve cultivated with him. I imagine you understand the compliment. Beautiful to see ❤. Wishing you and anyone reading a beautiful day.

Hi Rose, thanks for introducing yourself and finding me. Milo is only that chill because he had just had a long walk 😂 he is a newly rescued puppy but we time the videos just right 😜 many of my grumpy spots are in memory of years of skiing over 100 days per season. The memories live in my tissues. I hope my videos help you find peace in your body. 🙏

Yes, keep me posted. This bring my SI to life in a good way, but I did have to be careful not to push it on my grumpy left side.
