Most would say I was "a shredder" back in the day (though I hate the term itself because it's nothing like that). Last year my hands suddenly froze up and were so swollen and stiff I could barely play 2 notes in a row. Players like Tony Iommi, Django Reinhardt, and especially Jason Becker helped keep me inspired and refusing to give up. Now I can play a lot again, and though I may never play like I used to, I am still progressing as a musician.😊

Seeing so many artists that I grew up listening to and admiring blew my mind, but seeing them all come together for Jason with love and honor simply makes my soul sing! Loved seeing everyone, but the big surprise for me was seeing THE Jennifer Batten!
