Most would say I was "a shredder" back in the day (though I hate the term itself because it's nothing like that). Last year my hands suddenly froze up and were so swollen and stiff I could barely play 2 notes in a row. Players like Tony Iommi, Django Reinhardt, and especially Jason Becker helped keep me inspired and refusing to give up. Now I can play a lot again, and though I may never play like I used to, I am still progressing as a musician.😊

Not only is Jason still going, in his wisdom he's never allowed himself to devolve into bitterness and is still excited to feature other great players. 😊 I'm so proud to have been a fan since my mom bought me my first Cacophony album in the late 80's.🥰😍🤩 Love Ya Jason, keep being you !!

I am happy to have lived the same world at the same era when there was jason becker in it. I don't play guitar at the same level as you are jason. But i am happy enough. You are inspiration to soooo many people, music or not. Thank you jason, thank you.
