Some Dali crew members to go home after deal made

Eight crew members on the Dali are set to go back to their home countries after a deal was reached and agreed to in federal court following two days of legal wrangling. Baltimore City, which has claims against the Dali owners, raised concerns about losing the opportunity to question them once they left. Attorneys hired by the city filed an emergency petition seeking to stop the eight crew members from leaving because there was no guaranteed way to make sure they would be available for questioning.
