Yes a lot of stress in the world right now, people struggling to pay higher prices & housing, war, weird politics but I just saw a story, watch Midlife Stockman channel, he has a huge community that helped him bless a very struggling family with a new roof & money to pay bills after huge tree fell hit moms house next door, the kids in 20s trying to pay that, their home & work, school,,. So was a moving story. Are so many more good, caring people then the opposite! Blessings to you & yours, smile & think as positive as you can. 🫶🙏🤗✝️

I love all your videos. It is fun to see you two learn new things . I learned a long time ago that hay and straw are stacked with the cut side down. The way you stacked it with strings down will rot the strings. Also, alternate each bail so the stack will not fall. Hope this helps. Love you.

Tarps and bungee cords work wonders. 😀 Putting the concrete blocks on top will help holding the tarp on. Been there done that with hay. Good Luck..😊🙏🏼

Use the carport tarp, get straps and ropes running through the pallets and over. Use what ever tree near by to be an anchor tension to hold down the tarp, use them cider blocks or if you have some trees you cut to put on either side to tie down. When I lived in Florida Hurricane straps and my ex drove rebar into the ground with the end bend over to anchor the straps….. the boat stayed put , and the house did great….

He has got some beautiful markings. He might be a half-and-half, but a lot of farm dogs are in a barnyard mix and they’re the best things in the world. Yeah, a lot of people like full bred animals that are specialize in what they do by Bruno. How blessed once again! I believe that church donated the straw last year too? They did a maze for the kids if I remember correctly? It's going to keep alot of animals warm and dry through the winter months! I'm sure Chad and your dad will be happy to get some straw. Straw keeps them warmer and doesn't get mildew like hay does. Shannon is right! Reconfigure you're pile so that you can use the garage tarp. Use bungee cords under the corners of the pallets & tie straps through the middle (from side to side). Great score! Hard work👍👍

Heavy duty tarps and even clear heavy duty plastic can help with all that straw. Make the load more secure by laying the bottom one way stacked, 2nd stack opposite and continue each stack different than the previous one. Grew up on a farm, and stacked far too many, and the loads on the hay rack is changed each section. Never ever used any straps either, and up/down hills, rough riding hay racks and we never lost a load. You can even do the same when you stack them on the pallets or a barn/shed whatever. The 3 little amigos may end up dead if they are going on the roads. Cars/people do not see and do not always care.

You could use the top of your white tarp for your straw . Cover the top of the straw and tie it down on the sides of the bales . Will help keep some of it dry;. Just an idea.

Straw is good for bedding and cover material . It is the leftover stems from grains like oats and wheat been dried cut and processed. Hay, is fresh grasses cut and dried and baled Like if you let your lawn grow 4 ft high and cut it before it all goes to seed. Then tie it in a big bundle. Timothy and Alfalfa are most common hay grass.

It was a good idea keeping the bales elevated with the pellets when you cover it. Try keeping the sides open a little over halfway down for ventilation.

Hay on trailers is base bales in one direction and the next layer is crossways of the first layer. The reason you lost bales is because of the way you stacked them. ------- IIIIII, if you can understand that.
