The top of the brass match stick, really small says made in Japan. I have a plain white one, exactly the same. Same brand and all.

Están recubiertos con una fina lámina de metal, es interesante el modo de apagarlos sofocando la mecha en lugar de soplarle; en mi caso suelen encender a la primera, quizá se deba a que yo acostumbro frotar de arriba hacia abajo. I just had a family member pass. I grabbed one of these. From Match king. With a Chicago world fair graphic on it. It's missing the flint rod. And fabric. This is the first video I've seen that gave me a worthy look. Thanks yo!

Look up the crazy tech at all the worlds fairs or the Colombian exhibitions... Unreal. The ferris wheel in the Chicago one, held 2,000 something ppl. So massive, the "cars/baskets" you ride in, look like camper sized. It's ridiculous. Where did all that tech go? How did they make all the worlds fairs and Columbian exhibitions, only to tear them down almost entirely in less then a year?! Tesla powered a whole exhibition with his massive motor. Best part, were told they did it all with horse and buggy... Yeah, ok. Gotta be stupid to believe that. Just like the Smith insane asylum that was in Columbus OH. I'm in Ohio, and that was the largest building in America until the Pentagon was built. And minus the massive worlds fair buildings of course. And they tell us the worlds fairs and Colombian exhibitions were only temporary. Yet they built moving sidewalks, buildings so large they could hold all the US military branches at once at that time, and there was even a gun building. The big players like Westinghouse were a part of some. Basically, the technology displayed at these fairs is so ridiculous, it's hard to fathom. Actors, preformers from all over. I got one in it's little box with directions in it. Says Match Lite on blue and white box No.1122 made in Hong Kong. This one is white not green.

I just got a metal vintage permanent match by U.S. Match Co. but it appears the channel in the side is missing the flint stick. Do you know where to get a replacement? And do they friction fit in? Or need sone kind of glue?

I'm not sure how the flint strip should be fastened in and I haven't seen anyone advertise these strips for sale but you might try Ronson Repair on Google. I know that they supply flint strips for the old Ronson strikers so might be able to provide one for your permanent match.✌️

Small ferrocerium ROD. ZIPPO FLINT is a tiny ferrocerium rod, not actual rock flint. Ferrocerium grinds down and wears off, rock flint breaks and chips and must be struck with steel

Does anyone know the proper fuel for a Ronson whirlwind standard lighter? I get conflicting answers, some say butane and others say about fluid. I don't want to put the wrong fluid in a lighter that I just bought, it's mint condition.

Yeah useful lighters. I have one its Japanese too , white plastic, about twice the size its an 80s one, has the malboro red n white triagle cigaret packet style but no malboro writen on it and has a picture of a hot blond posing in a bikini 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 😆 wooof!! 👍
