There's a reason they call this Music City. Nashville, of course, is home to some of the world's best musicians.

They will never understand what it means to us because they don’t fuckin play an instrument 🎸 some people just don’t care
@WintermintP Жыл бұрын
It's not that *some* people just don't care. We're the *very few* that actually *do* care.

@@WintermintP I absolument agree with you,I myself am an Opera-Tenor-Violist,and personallement I try to avoid Aeroplane teavelling,in generally,cause I do not like to fly,and in L'Europe,even Europe is the smallest Continent,still for us Europeans there are distances for example,Amsterdam to Gibraltar,where a flight is more convinienced,than the Train or Car. My Viola 🎻is not a "Guarneri del Gesù-Viola" à la 1775,mine is from an unfortunatly "unkown Luthier from France Anno 1919", but still and it is/was when I bought my Viola,quite expensive,too,unless you are a very wealthy Person,who can afford a 50 000 Euro/ US Dollar,or Swiss Franken CHF,it is almost one by one,even the Swiss Franken Course is quite higher🤷♂️,or even String Instruments are the "pevert" highest prices from all Instruments,also Piano can be pervert expensive, unfortounatly!!! Until 3-5 Mio US-Dollars,or Euros, CHF Swiss Franken all curencies!!! Truely awful!!! All the best to you and crossing Finger for luck with Travelling with your Instrument.🍀🍀🍀 Greetings from Europe German Swiss Border Area Lörrach Germany 🇪🇺🇩🇪🇨🇵,just 10 Min away from Basel,🇨🇭= to the 🇺🇸 Yours, Josha 🙋♂️🎼🎶

@@joshablatzheim9075 I bought my guitar at $2,500 and then I ended up putting at least another $1,500-$2,000 in upgrades alone. 😭😭😭😭 It's THE most expensive electric guitar I've ever owned by a mile. One-of-a-kind pickups, Hipshot monorail saddles, Luminlay block inlays, 9 strings...

The law should read that an instrument owner can sue the airlines for damage .

I had a mandolin that look like it went through a wood chipper and it was in a hardcase and thats why I don't fly American Airlines anymore.
@thompson4620 Жыл бұрын
That sucks. All airlines have a bad record with this though.
@JoanKSX Жыл бұрын
Try Southwest Airline, since this airline keep popping up at acoustic double bass forum. And I heard Singapore Airline gives really good reputation about instruments too. Best regards

can i take a yamaha keyboard also.

Sometimes I wonder, by sticking 'This costs USD 1 million dollar, make sure you take care of or else your whole life will be cursed' might work like protecting charm to the precious instruments? Hmmmm
@joschelei262 Жыл бұрын
Sue the airlines, they obviously don't regard the great cost and value of instruments.

Why cant we just hold the guitar infront of you?
@randucci2 жыл бұрын
For the same reason they don't allow any carry-ons that don't fit under the seat, it's a safety concern, can't have things in the way in an emergency.
