Thank you. It's been really hard, I still think about Layla every day. But Mochi is doing so well. We took her to the vet a couple weeks ago and they were amazed she hasn't shown any symptoms. They want us to take her in a month (60 days after last visit) and then I think they are going to come to the conclusion that it's a misdiagnosis.

Also side note, my childhood cats recently passed away. I decided to do some research into nutrition since I had spent four years myself completely overhauling my own diet and lifestyle to get well from years of poor diet. Found out that majority of cat food on the market is toxic. Carbohydrates, fillers, and preservatives. Cats can’t process carbohydrates since they are obligate carnivores. I decided to make the switch to a raw food diet for my two new cats. My one baby had started to develop tumors just like my old babies did and it freaked me out. Once I switched them to raw his tumor started to slowly disappear. My two babies have also lost weight and they don’t have horrible dandruff anymore. Also a side benefit their poop doesn’t stink anymore. Raw food is the way to go. It’s more expensive but the pain of losing an animal that you love too early, it’s worth all the money in the world. Raw food for life for my babies. They only deserve the best.

Yes cats arent meant to eat grain. I've been watching Jackson Galaxy's little series about diet on yt. I always gave them a mix of dry, canned, and then whenever we were having chicken or fish for dinner I cut them some of the raw chicken and fish to eat and they loved it! I'll look more into the raw food diet :)

@@LikelyLost we feed our cats raw from Haretoday. They blend up all the animals parts and also provide supplements to mix in with the ground meats they offer. I used to meal prep for our babies but I’m vegan and horribly grossed out by touching meat. It’s nice they have everything all blended up and ready to go. Makes it so much easier to know they are getting all the nutrition they need. My little babies are doing so much better since we switched. Tumors gone, no more throwing up, weight down, dandruff gone, and no more smelly poops.
