My daughter has been pitching for 1 year. She's 12. 5'11 1/2" tall at the moment. Her average speed is 49 to 53 mph at 43ft. Her fastest recorded pitch was 56mph, and she hit it twice so far. I just wish i could get her accuracy to improve. One day, she'll throw nothing but strikes, and then the next day its like shes never pitched before in her life. I hope it clicks soon, because she pitches so much harder than her starting pitcher on her team. You just never know if she's going to produce that day or not.

I have been pitching for 5 1/2 years and I’m 12 turning 13 and my speeds are 50-58 my highest speed recorded was 60 and I have fastball, change up, and drop ball. If you guys keep working on your pitching you will get better over the years this video for sure shows that you should always persue

I stared softball a few years later then everyone else on my travel team stared at age 10 as others started at t ball I had to work so hard to get to the levels others were at meaning I would often come home with bruises on my legs due to me pitching so many times and hitting me leg I would also wake up to bad pains in my legs and arms due to practice although it was tough all my work paid off as I am now the number one pitcher on my team pitching 58 mph
