It's because you have a skewed view of what talent looks like. Partly due to being in a bubble, so when something from outside that bubble enters with actual talent you are blown away by how 'iconic' the talent is even though for many others it is simply a good performance. It's just a matter of perspective. You are trying to look through a pinhole at the world, so when you get a glimpse of something it shocks you. Many others don't wear blinders, so although they can appreciate talent, it is not a mind blowing experience. AKA expand your horizons you sheltered bubble enclosed puppet. It will literally make your life better, and when you type things on the internet you won't unknowingly expose your own ignorance.
