I mean due to his body being made up of nothing but mold, flesh and bones, It would make sense but the thing is is that Ethan can control the mold like no one else, and on the other hand the mold infected dudes from re7 can't control the mold, that's why they are sorta like zombies. But unlike Ethan they can't control it and that's what makes them who they are.

If you do winterberg ship there is an idea I have seen on Wattpad were even though Mother Miranda and the Lord's and Ethan died they were given a second chance in another world were they couldn't go back to their original world. Back in the original world Mia still loves Ethan but she moved on with Chris. That's a little backstory you can add on so it doesn't look like Ethan cheated or something. Also I see the characters sexualities like this. Lady Dimitrescu is a power lesbian Donna Beneviento is a shy bisexual Moreau is uncertain since I see him at the age ten with how he acts Mother Miranda is asexual queen Heisenberg is hella gay maybe trans~ Ethan is a power pansexual Mia is a sweet supportive straight Chris is a fierce supportive straight That's how I see those characters sexualities based on what I've seen in their personalities
