This is just a few of the tool and parts I use and keep on hand to service, repair and maintain a tankless heater. This is an older video, and I will be making a part 2 of the new tools I have bought and the parts I carry to service and maintain a Navien tankless.
I will also be posting the new Vito Pro bags I just bought.
As far as what I carry as spare parts this is from years of what goes bad in my area of Florida, but it is also what this channel hears from other people throughout the country.
As far as Navien once you become a level 3 trained technician you can buy from them both parts kits. Thats the NPN and the NPE unites. The great thing about Navien all their parts except the heat exchanger are the same for each model unit, So the PC board for a NPE unit is the same for a 160, 180, 210 and a 240.
