Не Задник, а Задинка. Задник - это промежуточная деталь верха обуви между подкладкой и верхом, обычно изготавливается из термопластичного материала или кожкартона. И да, мужских туфель не бывает, а то что вы называете туфлями - полуботинки. Туфли это женская обувь, которая не закрывает верх стопы.
