I’m going to clarify I don’t have any problems with this video or gay in general. I thought the video was entertaining. I think it’s because of the flags and the video saying it’s canon they’re gay. To this day "gay" can be used as "happy/joyful", but it has an archaic feel to it, because the more modern meaning is something else and most people think of course in modern terms
