I think developing your own game on gzdoom is a great option. If youtube is screwing you over then why bother? If you can monetise a channel on twitch or elsewhere then you could use it as a devblog.

Cory aka Aquarius199, i would like to sincerely apologize for everything i unknowingly did to harm you . I was brainwashed for a few years up until late last year when i started to snap out of it and i would like to make things right with everyone i wronged . Would you accept my apology ? Even if you don't, i'm thankful to have gotten a chance to make things right with you .
