The Detroit Lions have renamed 222 Rod Wood Drive's facility, the Meijer Performance Center as the grocery chain has purchased the naming rights. Better news is that the team has had a roof on the stands in two different spots so that the fans will be shaded and less hot at the open practices. I love it that the Lions are being slighted. It's always better when they are projected underdogs - these players always respond to these kind of challenges. They will be playing a tougher schedule but, in my opinion, they are way better now than last year. I'm excited to see how they do in the upcoming season.

Agree... A lot of those predictions were wonky ASF. In no way do I see a GB vs. Jets SB, that's clickbait for sure. I think the Lions will replicate their 12-5 season. With a more "difficult" schedule, and remain Kings of the North!!!

The love for Jordan Love is currently out of control. The kid showed he will be a good pro, but he's really only played well for 1/2 season -- so tap the breaks a bit instead of putting the kid in the Superbowl.
