The cloudy bottom on the blue bowl is because the bubble finish (pulegoso) is quite thin, if it was ground down and polished there would be lots of little holes where the bubbles were exposed by the grinding. I would definitely have picked it up for $35!

14:32 oh. my. gosh. The honey bee honey pot...haven't thought of that in probably 50 years, but my mom had that, I used it so much as a kid!!! Wow. Crazy to see it 😮 🐝 It was not a planter. It had a lid with a notch for a spoon and it was used to hold honey

The 42 dollar bowl is Czech. That foot seems to be repeated in several of their shapes. Hoosier (who zur) glass is in Indiana. Much of what they made is for florist's use.

I love the Hoosier green glass jars ❤ Like you I love vintage things. Reproduced pieces just aren’t the same quality nor the character that the older items have. The other cool thing is that when older items were made, they usually had a utilitarian use but usually also had lovely craftsmanship! I love vintage dishes and my husband gives me the old stink eye when he sees me drag home another set lol! I love about 45 minutes from the hippie place in Columbus Ohio that you loved so on one of your recent videos. Laurel is just saying “nope” she is just precious ❤
