The pain you have now will go away and you'll be better on the other side... you'll be better for it. Low and slow for sure and don't temp fate WP! one wrong move and you'll end up back in the OR. Take it easy and listen to your PT guide... they know how far to push you, keep up with your home exercise, it does wonders. Have a good one and take care! Hey to Suz the Q and happy holidays!

Hello Wayne 🙏🙏🙂 KZbin Buddy Calvin here - Solo Chainsaw Tree guy with my own business since 2009 while driving AZ trucks for 32 yrs ( God helping me keep my knees ) A trip for you Brother WIM HOFF - Dutch guy / on KZbin also known as ICE MAN for 24 to 26 Guiness records for Cold therapy 🙏🙂 Thank God I came across him to help me quickly recover from EXTRANEOUS physical effort after finishing some of my Tree jobs - usually a week to get body mobile again & re-energized for next job BUT since doing ice baths for 3 1/2 minutes to 10 minutes now since my bath tem. is only 57/58 ° , or cold showers 3 minutes after warm shower , I turned my knee slightly in tree last week & found a snow piles behind rec. center & sat on foam mat then buried my knee in snow for almost 30 minutes 😖 cold at 1st but chill went away as I did Wim Hoff breathing while doing. I have watched some of Wim Hoff's videos. I'm a believer. When I was a teenager, I had a Taekwondo instructor who insisted that I take cold showers after every workout. I did that for a long time and there is something magical about that therapy. I don't know if I could jump back into that practice again - it would take a lot of will power for sure. Looks like your doing well. I don't think your therapist will say too much, they told Sue to keep moving and move some more. No pain no gain. But also don't over due it. Sue walked into the doctor's office 2 weeks after her bilateral replacement unassisted, wouldn't even let me take her arm.
