My favorite song of all. And I’m a music lover, from classical to now, many genres. This song and its message are just so potentially executed… I listen to this song all year, every year and each time I swear I shed a tear from the yearning within me for the words of this song to come to be. It reminds me that hope lives in us all if we’re willing to let it and that as long as we strive towards a better tomorrow, even if we never see it in our lifetimes, someday at Christmas time maybe the world will.

"all men are equal," "men are free" "hate will be gone, love will prevail" ~ I do not think little Stevie Wonder was singing about "white men being free" or "equals" ~ back then Negro or colored people was still used, 1964/1965 Civil Rights, and ending Jim Crow was still new attempts at equality ~ or at least that is how I saw it
