Sometimes seeing or hearing spirits is not a mental yes society doesn't understand it fully but most likely it is just a monitoring spirits slash spirits that are surrounding you which are physically people in your business one thing is that can be helpful is detached or move away from certain people mindfully eat healthy avoid minimize or avoid drugs drink plenty of water and maybe if you're understanding a whole lot use your voice in authority to verbally tell the spirits to leave or you see them I've been through situations like that in the past and it is creepy but there are ways to resist or cleanse / detox energy

I heal myself n kids, even my dog. My son came home fm vet for our dog to die of parvo. I got my mixture that I heal myself and used for our dog. I heal him 3 days in a row. He started to get better. I'm not worried about touch but definitely keep a mindful thought process and what you are about to interact with for sure if anything minimize exposure so you know at least if something does happen you know what you just been interacting with and it might be affecting one on some level but then again we are all Divine beings and we do have some effect on each other just be mindful because I know the most powerful thing can be touched or hugging but then again would you allow Jesus to touch you because most don't realize there's a lot of negative energy he can handle and some can't handle
