The pry bar is a tool that truck drivers use. I believe it works on the ratchet straps that go over the really big loads. The tape may have been a homemade hand grip.

I believe that short crowbar you found is a bridge alignment tool you have the pointy end to line up for your rivets or bolt holes through the metal and then you have the flat bar in to move the stuff that's too heavy to move by hand

The pry bar was a spud bar to help line up bolt holes for beam placement during bridge building. The snag hook was probably from a commercial fishermen. When they set a hoop net they lay several feet of line out. They drag the snag hook in hopes of getting the line to pull and close up the neck of the net. Some times there is a small marker along the shore to help find the location of the net. As far as the anchors some people need to learn how to tie a knot.

I think someone used a plow disk welded to a bar to make that. Not a lot of weight but maybe they used it as a drag anchor to slow them down going with the current. You can’t steer if your engine isn’t running.

Great video. The reason your finding so many anchors under the bridge is because a lot of fisherman fish there. That's where all the fish go when it rains so they don't get wet. Stories from my dad (dearly departed) to his fisher woman daughter.

the one with the steel plate on that steel rod is for securing the mine tunnel roof when, for example, you make a road through a mountain, you take it and screw it with a strong screwdriver that can handle the job and then when you have put it on the roof that's how you minimize the roof collapse in the tunnel when people like that who work with that sort of thing fix it to the roof so that you minimize the roof fall from the rock roof with the metal plate that sits around that steel rod

Most of the anchors I have bought didn’t come with a rope. The folding style need a few feet of heavy chain on them. Earlier this year we had to cut our losses and leave our secondary anchor behind when it got caught in the rocks. Each type of anchor is best suited for a specific kind of water, like lake vs river, and bottom composition, like mud vs rock. Most people don’t want to buy multiple anchors so they buy for whatever they do the most fishing in. One style I haven’t seen pulled up is the thin bladed folding style that has a ring that slides up and down along the shaft. We fished mostly soft bottomed lakes with wind and that was what we were suggested to buy. Never had a problem with it.

the curved one with the flat side and the pointed part is from a circus tent the people who make circus tents have two or more large cast iron things like there are holes on the sides at the edges so they have a driver who has a small excavator that you can come into smaller gardens with such a circus tent, the people have been brought along to strike with a specially made hammer that sits in front of the machine and the person driving it strikes with the hammer knocks that steel bar into the ground to hold the cast iron things in place
