Gary, I use a C-PAP machine also and luckily I have not lost power here. I'm on a fixed income with disabilities. I made a smashed burger but added grilled onions and mushroom and it was delicious. Those boys are growing so much. I have watched yall for at least 3 to 4 years. God bless.

A round bacon press works well for tortilla smash burgers! Way more even pressing than using your hands. Tasty things. Especially if you add some diced green chile. (Mild, med, hot, and my fave, x-hot)
