@skrufy116 күн бұрын
Lol didn't even kno there was such a thing as a poker karen untill I read this comment. Lol people are allowed to have reactions, it's not like they influencing action and telling hero to call or fold. I don't see any edge hero gets from looking at reaction of people in the hand. Aside from there opinion, but like who cares. Some cases maybe u might over hear someone say they folded like top pair, but people at the table can say that, with or without heros hand being flipped over. So it shouldn't matter

wtf , why would you fold a j suited?
@erichiguera12 күн бұрын
she has to have spades, because if she didn't she would have re-raised the flop and turn to prevent a cheap spade draw. once you realize that, she has to have (1) a pair of 5 (2) a pair of 8 (3) a pair of j. she can't even have two pair because then her raise into a 3 flush board doesn't make sense. once you realize her range, calling is much simpler
@JonCookeBridge6 күн бұрын
She can fire that river with sets/two pair or clubs for value. He’s not deep enough to worry that those hands aren’t good after he checks river. Basically he’s advertising AK/KQ and she can value bet anything that beats that. I think you are right that she raises a lot of turns with sets but she will just call with some, and can certainly have back door clubs or have hit KJ on the end. Most of her bluffs are missed spades, as there are a lot fewer straight draws. It’s good for calling that he has no spade, but bad that he has no club. The Jack is also a reasonable blocker as KJ makes sense for her to hold for value. Truth is he’s in a tough spot, holding a bluff catcher on the river against a chunky bet. Club-A Jack is much clearer call. This is really close. Her range isn’t just bluffs - she’s way too experienced for that. I think you are right that she’s probably over bluffing this river though.

@justinjrr13 күн бұрын
Have to consider what she could’ve made it all the way to the river with. She’s defending a wide range from the straddle. She can have every two pair combination, plus KcXc or 2cXc. The only thing he had going for him was that he didn’t have a spade in his hand, which slightly increases the possibility of her having two spades in her hand. If he had a spade in his hand, it’s a snap fold.
@justinjrr13 күн бұрын
She might even peel the flop with AcXc, especially if it comes with back door straight outs.
@RobRochon13 күн бұрын
how on earth is this a snap call? I watch this and can barely understand how this guy finds any call outside of just closing his eyes and praying.
@RobRochon13 күн бұрын
Any AK off, AQ clubs, AJ clubs, A10 clubs, A2 clubs, A3 clubs, A4 clubs, QJ clubs, Q10 clubs, J10 clubs, K2 and K5 and also any KX, 22, 55, and 88 could reach the river in that fashion and all beat him along with AJ (no spades) chops. How many bluffs get to that river? Spade draws? 34 suited? That's it.

Funny how people get mad at him for showing emotion, as if you casually won a 60k pot after making a massive call for your entire stack you would just sit quietly. It's okay to celebrate a win. He had emotions and was respectful enough to walk away and not do it in her face.
