Yes it is a tractor protection valve AND it stops air from going out the glad hands to the trailer when you apply the brakes with no trailer, and when you have a trailer, it allows air to go to the trailer on both service and emergency lines. If it was frozen, you should probably get some air brake antifreeze into the system.

Pertaining to losing weight. It’s all about portion control and what you eat. Cutting out soda, and junk food will help a lot. If you want to lose more fat weight, you actually need to balance your diet with proteins and carbs. Cardio is a big misconception for losing weight. It’s great to get your heart rate up and working. I use to be in a gym 7 days a week before I was a driver. Now that I drive OTR, I actually eat one full meal a day, small protein bar is breakfast, salad with a protein for dinner and lots of water. Also it was cool seeing Jax in the truck with Opie.

Tractor protection valve I've had the same problem afew times, the quick release valves on the trailer used to give me fits and great video and good to Jack's out with you and stay safe and God bless from GA

That would be your tractor protection valve. In case you have a massive air leak in the trailer it should shut the air off to the trailer before the tractor brakes pop on.

That was nice of you to treat Jax with a ride. I hope Opie got over his mad! My son drove OTR awhile one of his rigs had a similar sleeper. I showed him Opie and Jax together on the couch. He said "No way!" He has a big German about their size, a female nearly as big and a pup about half their size. They take up his large couch at home. Stay safe and surprise Jax more on short runs.

Dude, I have to say, I have a gsd as well and I was concerned about his goofy behavior with his toy, pawing at it and talking to it. Happy New Year Kurt! For me, cutting out the carbs was the diet answer. I went from 230ish, to as low as 159 ( just to say I got into the 150s! ). Went pretty hard core on the salads..got the big roast beefs at Hardee's and just ate the beef NO bun ( pretty much cut out bread entirely )..lots of water..and very little junk food. Now just maintaining at like 172-174..pretty satisfied there. At 60 yrs old, metabolism has slowed down, so gotta do what I can! Keep on truckin! 👍👍🇺🇸
