Great video! Quick question: In NYS am I required to submit to a medical exam by the company nurse after returning to my desk job from non-disability related medical leave or providing a diagnosis if my supervisor says it's required to return to work? I'm concerned about medical privacy. To my knowledge my company has no official policy on this and this requirement is applied inconsistently, possibly discriminatorily? (is that a word?)
