Draw up some side challenges along the way to help progress players( e.g a player wins dpoy, spin a wheel that has plus and minus stat boosts- cusnfe to get +10 overalls you can eother split and give 5 to ine player and 5 to the other, or crest history snd give plus 10 to a rookie snd make them the next best thing) win a chip with every team to finish the challenge. Opportunity to be a series, 1 chip and episode, gives you 30 episodes. Good luck tried it myself was a lot of fun and a definite challenge. Just remember you improve a team....you'll then have to move on and face that team later on aswell.

Each year after that, if your team doesn’t reach the finals and win you must spin a wheel of random attributes and randomize the two best players best stat and their heights. Each year that you win you keep your best player and must reset your team and get the last pick and rinse and repeat. After every championship, you can keep one person from the pervious team until you end up with 7 good players hence the 7-0 challenge. You have 10 years to accomplish this challenge.
